HOLDING STEADY

Good news for LA and Orange county homeowners: It appears that property values have stabilized in most neighborhoods.  This is according to the latest statistics compiled by Dataquick, one of the main providers of real estate data.

Our recent experience in the local market confirms this info, and even those neighborhoods that are still declining are typically doing so at a minimal rate.  And while there are no guarantees that there will not be another cycle of depreciation, most experts feel that any further decline will be moderate at best.  So hang in there, maybe things are looking up!
